Sports Performance

Our Sports Performance program is designed to help athletes of all levels reach their full potential. Whether you're a high school athlete looking to improve your performance or a professional athlete looking to take your game to the next level, our strength training, speed and agility training, and endurance training programs will give you the competitive edge you need to succeed in your sport.

Semi-Private Training

In all our semi-private athlete training classes we put a huge emphasis on the development of extremely confident and athletic athletes.  The five main areas of development we focus on are mobility, core stability, explosiveness, agility and strength.  We break down the importance of each clearly, making our sessions very coaching intensive the first few sessions to give all our athletes the understanding of how to train properly.  Through intense repetition and proven training methods, our athletes learn how to train properly in a fun and competitive atmosphere to enhance growth and development.

Build a strong foundation for your athletic performance with our individualized training program. Our experienced coaches will work with you to develop a plan that focuses on building muscle, increasing speed, agility, power, and improving overall strength. Each session will focus on those five key areas to help you move faster and more efficiently on the field or court.

Developmental Training

For all our developmental training, we use the same programming of long-term athletic development that we use in our semi-private classes. In these sessions, we focus a ton on developing skills, a solid strength foundation and overall athleticism necessary to perform as a confident and dynamic player no matter the sport.  Main areas of programming are speed and agility technique and development, explosiveness and foundational strength.

We understand that it can be hard to schedule around practices and games, as well as the importance of being able to be consistent with your training. That's why our schedule offers many options to get the kind of training you're looking for, whether it be the offseason or right in the thick of the season.
